The course fees are displayed in EUR (euro). Fees may be updated at any time, and such updates will replace any previously displayed prices for the respective courses.

Compliance with the following rules by the user is essential:

We are not responsible for erroneous payment processing. We are also not liable for any errors recorded through the payment system, including but not limited to any losses you may incur while using the card payment system.

SC WHYENGINEERING SRL will issue the User a tax invoice for the purchased product/program from the website. The User is required to provide all necessary information for invoice issuance.

The tax invoice for any order (including recurring payments) will be available in the User's account and can be downloaded from there. Once issued, an invoice cannot be modified.

According to applicable legislation, you may return the service(s) purchased from the website within 14 calendar days from the contract date, without needing to justify your decision and without incurring any additional costs.
If you intend to return a service, please take note of the following:

1. Notification of return – You must inform us in writing by sending an email to info@whyengineering.net. Please include the name under which the order was placed and the service(s) you wish to return. Exercising the right of withdrawal terminates the contractual obligations between the parties.

2. Exceptions to withdrawal – The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where the provider has already performed the service(s) or has provided access to course materials or digital content, if the delivery has begun with the client’s prior explicit consent and after the client has confirmed in writing that they acknowledge losing their right to withdrawal.

As a general rule, the law provides for a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of contract conclusion (the date of order confirmation).

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following situations:

• After the full performance of the services.

• For the provision of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium.

Therefore, you may withdraw from the contract only if the provision of services has not begun. In this case, from the contract conclusion date (the date the order confirmation email was sent) until the access code is provided and the customer account is activated, the Client may withdraw from the contract at any time, for any reason.

Withdrawal from the contract is not possible after the payment has been made and the material has been received, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

The complete provision of the Services and the full execution of the Contract by the Provider result in the loss of the right of withdrawal and the right to obtain a refund of the amounts paid under this contract.

According to Article 16, letter (a) of Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) 34/2014, which outlines exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
 "(a) Service contracts, after the full performance of the services, and in cases where the contract creates a payment obligation for the consumer, if execution has begun with the consumer's prior explicit consent and after they have confirmed that they acknowledge losing their right of withdrawal upon the full execution of the contract by the professional."

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal request before the withdrawal period expires.

Exercising the right of withdrawal terminates the contractual obligations of both parties.
